Stand By God's Man

This past week we had a special service honoring my father, Pastor Virgil Wesco, for his faithful ministry at Fellowship Baptist. Charles and I held up his hands as assistant pastors and the deacons stood around as the Vander Werf Family sung the song Stand by God's Man.

Mr. Densmore read the passage from Exodus 17:8-16 where Aaron and Hur held up Moses' hands as God brought victory in the valley. Just as Aaron and Hur stood by God's man to support and help him, may each of us stand by God's Man in our lives.
